Build and manage relationships with supermarkets, groceries and restaurants across the UAE. Own a route, hit monthly targets, and grow repeat wholesale accounts.
Supervise and guide the Tele Sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Monitor calls, orders, customer follow-ups and individual performance. Allocate customers/leads and ensure proper follow-up. Support the team in increasing sales, new customers and repeat orders. Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with Accounts.
